Retention

  • Contact requests: up to three years after the last exchange, unless a longer legal or contractual period applies.
  • Comments: public name, text and moderation data while the comment and article remain online; private email removed on request or with the comment.
  • Anti-abuse fingerprints: only for the relevant rate-limit window.
  • View deduplication identifiers: 24 hours; aggregated audience statistics may be kept for trend analysis.
  • Cookie durations are listed in the cookie policy.

Recipients and international transfers

Data is available only to Louis Planquart and the hosting or technical providers needed to operate the website. It is never sold or rented. Google Analytics loads only after consent; Google may process data outside the EU under the safeguards described in its privacy documentation.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw analytics consent at any time. Contact pro@louisplanquart.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.

Security

HTTPS, origin controls, rate limits and separation of public and private blog data are used to protect the service. Measures are reviewed as the website evolves.
